Attraversiamo literally means "to cross over". The word gained deeper meaning in the movie "Eat Pray Love" and symbolizes readiness for change, moving toward a better life, happiness and peace. For us it also represents celebrating life, making brave decisions and creating things that bring joy to others. Our dough matures for at least 18 hours, which makes it light, crispy and easy to digest. We value punctuality – your reserved table will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time.
